Wm. Graham Baughman

Mr. Baughman is the Chief Executive Officer of WhiteBox Learning. Prior to joining WhiteBox, he was President of Thorntons Inc, Kentucky's largest privately-held company, with over $2 Billion in annual revenue. Mr. Baughman has over 20 years of leadership experience in various disciplines, including corporate governance, capital markets, strategy, brand management, operations, M&A, and business development. He holds a B.S. in Marketing, and an M.B.A. in Finance, both from the University of Kentucky.

Tom Robertson

Mr. Robertson is the Founder and Chairman of WhiteBox Learning and has over 17 years experience developing state-of-the-art engineering software. He has worked in numerous locations in North America, Southeast Asia, and Europe. He received four Trade Secret Awards from General Motors, the Chairman's Bronze Award, and the Airbus UK Award For Excellence from Airbus Industries; all for outstanding technology innovations. Mr. Robertson has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, and an M.B.A. from the University of Kentucky.

William Deluca Ed.D

Dr. DeLuca is an Associate Professor of Technology Education at North Carolina State University. He has been a technology education teacher at the middle school, high school, undergraduate, and graduate levels for over 30 years, and has extensive teaching, research, and curriculum development experience. His research includes the study of thinking processes, teaching methods, and activities that improve technological problem-solving performance. He has expertise in developing technology education curriculum that integrates technology, mathematics and science standards. Dr. DeLuca has a B.A. in Industrial Arts Education from the California University of Pennsylvania, and an M.A. and Ed.D. in Technology Education from West Virginia University.
